Emergency and After-Hours Electrical Service

Power out, breaker that won't reset, burning smell, equipment down? Call 407-917-0727. Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and we take emergency calls after hours.

If you smell burning or see smoke or sparks: turn off the main breaker if it's safe to do so, and call 911 first.

When to call

• Power out in part or all of the building, and the utility has power
• A breaker that trips again as soon as you reset it
• Hot, buzzing or discolored panels, outlets or switches
• Equipment, pumps or controls down at a plant, resort or property
• Storm damage to a service, meter base or service drop

When you call, tell us

• The address, and the best number to reach you
• What's out or not working, and when it started
• Whether a breaker trips, and whether you smell or see anything burning
• For a business: what equipment is down
